1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

2. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on your location, after the order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid and COD orders (unless stated otherwise on the product page).

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email to track your shipment.

5. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Undelivered/Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
