If you wish to return or exchange your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

- Your Order ID
- Reason for return/exchange
- Unboxing video (mandatory — requests without a video cannot be processed)
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.Â
Please note: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging for the return to be accepted.
