Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging intact
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@novacart.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will confirm pickup/return shipping details
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refund will be processed
Refunds Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges We currently offer exchanges for size or defective products, subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear, accessories, and customized products
- Items damaged due to misuse
